I take Paypal, Money Orders and Checks.  Credit cards are accepted through card services and through PayPal.  If paying by check, item does not ship until check has cleared.  (approx. 5 days.)  Shipping is by USPS or UPS ground.    Credit card services has been made easier with card services. You no longer have to sign up for PayPal to use credit cards.
